There are always software updates every so often, you have to update when required to. Dont keep ignoring it because you will be putting your data at risk. When you update software, the functionality improves but also any security issues are fixed. If you want to tighten security even more, go on and delete inactive accounts. Former employees accounts should be deleted. If you dont, you will have a weak link that might just make you more vulnerable to hacking.
